The staff, especially Anne-Marie, was incredibly kind and accommodating, resolving a payment mix-up with grace. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pet-friendly options available. the included breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options. We appreciated the free parking and proximity to local businesses and attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience at this Haverhill gem.
